CAWIL AI is committed to provide state-of-the-solutions for environmental application and seafood supply chain by upholding best practices for handling of personal information and private data. The Traceability Access to Consumer and Export powered by Artificial Intelligence (TrACE.AI) Software System is funded under the Department of Science and Technology- Philippine Council for Industry, Energy and Emerging Technology Research and Development (DOST-PCIEERD) under the Startup Grant Fund Program: Jumpstarting the Economy in the New Normal 2021 and CAWIL AI as the implementing partner. This Privacy Policy Statement is issued in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (DPA), its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR), other issuance of the National Privacy Commission (NPC) and other relevant laws of the Philippines to inform respondents, participants, users and clients of this software system and the use of the information collected.

CAWIL AI Solutions and TrACE.AI collect and gather data using our website, mobile and web application (TrACE.AI) that includes personal information name (fishers,customers), location, registration number, contact number including but not limited to weight of species, type of species, type of gears, images of seafoods and other stocks. It may disclose personal information to our payment partners as part of the subscription for our online marketplace for seafood supply chain and exports.

We collect and store information securely through our third-party cloud service provider (AWS) to ensure utmost confidentiality and data protection. Collectively, CAWIL AI takes reasonable precautions and follows industry best practices to prevent loss, misuse, unauthorized access, inadvertent and unauthorized disclosure, alteration or destruction of your personal information. 

As we respect your privacy, we reserve the right to modify this policy at any time to ensure the privacy policy is aligned with the government policy and best practices. We will never sell your information. Furthermore, this is the current version of the policy for TrACE.AI system.
